Essential Skills ePortfolio

March 16, 2010

Learning Agents will work with Keystone Adult Education Services and WPLAR to adapt Keystone's Essential Skills portfolio program for blended delivery. This adaptation will include the addition of curriculum related to computer skills, finding and evaluating information on the Internet and building digital identity and online reputation.

The new curriculum will be uploaded into the popular open source Moodle Learning Management System to support classroom delivery and provide opportunities for self-paced learning at a distance. The ePortfolio program is currently planned to be Mahara, an open source platform developed in New Zealand.
